Four more dreams crash to an end as the Battle Rounds, Round 2 play out.
Each of the Coaches choose two new artists for the battle rounds, from their remaining pool of 7 - six must still battle, while 1 lucky winner waits for the public voting rounds. This week, each team cuts it's 2nd team member.
Each of the judges train their artists for the battle rounds. judges push their artist to their limits to get the best out of them. In the end, each Judge must remove 4 of their artists from their team; the remaining artists continue on to the live shows. This week, each team cuts it's first team member.

The Voice Season:1 -Episode:1
”Blind Auditions Part 1”
A quick review of the premiere of NBCs newest Reality TV series The Voice - including Best Of... analysis from the Reality TV Matrix' newest blogger, Kenneth J. Lassiter.
Jake accompanies the four remaining bachelorettes to their hometowns to meet their families. He finds one to be very protective, must work to win over another gal's mom, has serious questions for the third's family and is grilled by the fourth's.
The final four models learn hip-hop Hula moves to better channel Pele the whole wine goddess of fire and volcanoes for the photo shoot. Also: the ladies learned that two of them will be eliminated.
The models explore cliffs in Hawaii and strike poses while jumping into water. The photo shoot takes place in the ocean. Supermodel Marisa Miller is a guest judge.
The models move to Hawaii for the remainder of the competition. The ladies take surfing lessons to prepare for a photo shoot and they are each transformed into a bi-racial model. Petite model Kirsty Hume is a guest judge.
Jessica Lowndes helps sharpen the models interviewing skills while on the set of The Insider. Later, the ladies must write their own scripts for a cosmetics commercial. Kim Kardashian is a guest judge.
The models navigate their way through Los Angeles as the attend go see sessions with designers. The photo shoot has a martial arts theme that requires the ladies to hang on liars. Model Jessica White is a guest judge.

The tribes participate in a challenge that requires them to eat unusual food items, such as sea-slug guts, and a torrential rainstorm leaves everyone wet and cold. At tribal council, another castaway is voted out of the game.

The girls meet designer Kevin Hall, photographer Jonathan Mannion and are guestjudged by petite supermodel Jaime Rishar. The theme is "Make Me Tall" and in the background, the cattiness continues...
